• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• Extra beds requested are subject to the availability and it will be for under 12 year child.
• A child under age of 12 years sharing the same existing bedding with parents are free of charge & it is excluding breakfast.
Breakfast charge will be US$10.00 for child of 05 years to 11 years & free of charge for child of 01 year to 04 years.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable
rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
1. All cancellations must be in written notice.
2. Cancellation charge for all confirmed reservations for the months of April to September 2018 ‐ From 32 days prior to the
confirmed arrival date will be charged 3၀% of each cancelled room/night. From 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival
date will be charged 50% of each cancelled room/night. From 9 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged
100% of each cancelled room/night.
3. Cancellation charge for all confirmed reservations for the months of October 2018 to March 2019 ‐ From 47 days prior to
the confirmed arrival date will be charged 30% of each cancelled room/night. From 32 days prior to the confirmed arrival
date will be charged 50% of each cancelled room/night. From 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged
75% of each cancelled room/night. From 9 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 100% of each
cancelled room/night.
4. No‐show fees is equivalent to room rate for room(s) reserved.
