Terms & Conditions
1.Above mentioned rates are quoted in US$ and are based on single or double occupancy per room per night & it is
inclusive of International Breakfast, 05% government tax & 10% service charge.
2. Extra beds requested are subject to the availability during high season. Extra beds will not be available at Amata Deluxe
rooms due to our room layout & connecting rooms will be available for families.
• A child under age of 12 years sharing the same existing bedding with parents are free of charge & it is excluding
breakfast. Breakfast charge will be US$13.00 for child of 05 years to 11 years & free of charge for child of 01 year to 04
years.
• Check in time will be 14:00 hours & check out time will be 12:00 noon & early check in time & late check out time is
flexible depends on room availability.
• Voucher should be presented when check in to our hotel.
•The above prices are inclusive of 05% government tax & 10% service charge.

Cancellation Policy
1. All cancellations must be in written notice.
2. Cancellation charge for all confirmed reservations for the months of April to September 2018 ‐ From 32 days prior to the
confirmed arrival date will be charged 30% of each cancelled room/night. From 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival date
will be charged 50% of each cancelled room/night. From 9 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 100% of
each cancelled room/night.
3. Cancellation charge for all confirmed reservations for the months of October 2018 to March 2019‐ From 47 days prior to the
confirmed arrival date will be charged 30% of each cancelled room/night. From 32 days prior to the confirmed arrival date
will be charged 50% of each cancelled room/night. From 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 75% of
each cancelled room/night. From 9 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged 100% of each cancelled
room/night.
