Check-in/ check-out time
• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.
• Rooms are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• If cancellation received within 46 days prior to the arrival date; 30% of the rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 32 days prior to the arrival date; 50% of the total rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 15 days prior to the arrival date; 75% of the total rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 8 days prior to the arrival date/ No Show Fee; a cancellation fee equal
to 100% of total number of rooms/nights reserved.
