Check-in/ check-out time
• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable
rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.
• Guest may need to present Voucher when check-in to hotel.

Cancellation Policy
• Up to 32 days prior to arrival No cancellation fees.
• From 33-17 days prior to arrival 50% of each cancelled room/night.
• From 16-10 days prior to arrival 75% of each cancelled room/night.
• No Show & within 9days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from AVON and returned to sender only.
The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation and fees will be applied
