Check-in/ check-out time
• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/ Amendment Policy For FIT (7 rooms and below)
•23 to 32 days prior to the arrival date, 30% total rooms reserved to be charged.
•09 to 22 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of total rooms reserved to be charged.
•Less than 09 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of total rooms reserved to be charged.
•Note: Low Season (1 Apr 2018 – 30 September 2018) GIT policy is same as FIT policy.
For GIT (8 rooms and above)
•33 to 47 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of total rooms reserved to be charged.
•17 to 32 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of total rooms reserved to be charged.
•Less than 17 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of total rooms reserved to be charged.
