Terms & Conditions
• Check-in time : 13:00 hrs
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Children up to Four (4) years of age (maximum 1) may stay free of charge with parents in same room with existing bedding (without extra bed).
Extra breakfast charge for children or adults staying more than double occupancy would be applicable.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable
rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.
• Rooms are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from AVON and returned to sender only.
The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation and fees will be applied
• If cancellation received within 32 days prior to the arrival date; 10% of the rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 17 days prior to the arrival date; 30% of the total rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 12 days prior to the arrival date; 50% of the total rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the arrival date/ No Show Fee; a cancellation fee equal
to 100% of total number of rooms/nights reserved.
