Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• From 30 days prior to arrival ,one night per room will be charged .
• From 16 days prior to arrival ,50% of each cancelled room/night.
•No Show & within 9 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
