• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• Up to 33 days prior to arrival, No cancellation fees.
• From 33-24 days prior to arrival ,35% of each cancelled room/night.
•From 23-17 days prior to arrival 50% of each cancelled room/night.
•From 16-10 days prior to arrival 75% of each cancelled room/night.
•No Show & within 9 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
