Highlights
Inle Heritage Stilt Houses comprises six bungalows beautifully integrated into their surroundings. The rooms are built on stilts in the middle of the magnificent Inle Lake, furnished with traditional Shan paper and locally woven fabrics, and surrounded by our unique organic vegetable gardens. Each room is built to the highest environmental standards, from teak, hardwood and bamboo and has been especially designed to serve as both a personal retreat and a link to the stunning surroundings.
A private deck allows each resident a prime view of the specyacular Inle sunsets,while a wooden walkway connects the rooms with our famous restaurant and lounge.

• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• From 37-17 days prior to arrival ,50% of each cancelled room/night.
•From 16-10 days prior to arrival 75% of each cancelled room/night.
•No Show & within 10 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
