• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.
• Rooms are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• Up to 32 days prior to arrival date will NOT be charged.
• 30-17 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 40%.
• 19-9 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 80%.
• 9 days & less prior to the arrival date will be charged at 100%.
This cancellation policy applies when amendment or postponement of travelling date, reducing rooms or nights.
Any no show will be charge at full stay of accommodation.
