Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied.

• From 23 days prior to arrival ,50% of each cancelled room/night.
•No Show & within 10 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
For GIT
• Up to 23 days prior to arrival, No cancellation fees.
• From 23 days prior to arrival ,75% of each cancelled room/night.
•No Show & within 16 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
