• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• Up to 32 days prior to arrival, No cancellation fees.
• From 31-16 days prior to arrival ,50% of each cancelled room/night.
•From 15-9 days prior to arrival 75% of each cancelled room/night.
•No Show & within 9 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night.
