1 ) Starting and ending time must be enforced.(Subject to driver / bus availability ). No Smoking allowed.
2) Outside Alcoholic beverages are not allowed during the trip. However, this rule is not
applicable for private bus rental service.
3) For any actions such as fighting, violence and damage to equipment and/or bus, harassement toward
the driver, staff or anyone else in or around "Party Bus Myanmar", the driver reserves the right to
terminate the trip.
4) The "Party Bus Myanmar" driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) whom they
deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed
to be using illegal substances.
5) AVON is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus.
6) AVON is not liable in case of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents , serve weather or
anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause cancellation of the trip. In the event of
a cancellation due to mechanical problems, the trip may be reschedule for another date.
Client will be notified as soon as possible with a future rescheduled date.
7) By booking this service, the passengers agree to assume full responsibility for any damages
to the interior or exterior of the bus that is caused by them .The passenger is liable
for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of "Party Bus Myanmar" service
due to such damage.
