• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from
AVON and returned to sender only.The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation
and fees will be applied
• Within 32 to 16 days before arrival date, a 30% of total rooms (per reserved) will be
charged.
• Within 17 to 10 days before arrival date, a 50% of total rooms (per reserved) will be
charged.
• Within 9 days to the arrival date and no show, a 100% of total rooms (per reserved) will
be charged.

Overview

Popa Garden Resort is built on a 7 acres garden overlooking Mt Popa and the surrounding mountain ranges. Loacted 51 KM South East of Ancient Bagan City, it is12 minutes to Popa Taung Kalat, 60 minutes to Ancient Bagan City and Nyaung-U airport.
Our guest rooms are fully fitted with air-conditioned, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, wi-fi access, stand up shower bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Selected rooms also has a large bolcony over looking Mt Popa but all rooms have a cozy seating area.
