Overview

In the morning after breakfast time, our guide will pick you up at hotel lobby by air-conditioned vehicle. We will start our trip to Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery
which is 150 years old monastery, famous for its red painted teak building with wonderful carved structures on laminated gold teak wood. One unique thing you shouldn’t miss out in this monastery is the very large Oval shaped windows at Ordination Hall. Next to the monastery, there is a shrine where you will see hundreds over red robes Buddha statues placed along corridors’ walls. Then we will go to Pindaya Pagoda ( Shwe Oo Min Natural Cave ) which is approximately 2 hours drive from Inle. Pindaya Pagoda is well known attraction in Shan state for its interior containing over 8,000 Buddha images. The oldest statues are dating back to 1773. There is a beautiful Pone Ta Loke Lake nearby to Pindaya Cave.Then we will go to Kalaw and have lunch at famous local restaurant. After lunch, will go to Thein Taung Monastery which is a wonderful 500-year-old, gold-lacquered bamboo buddha. Then we will drive back to Inle, on the way , we will stop at
a beautiful photo spot (view point) with Sunflowers/Sesame fields planted along hills sides. After driving back around 2 hours, we will go to Main Thauk bridge which is a wooden bridge located on bank of Inle Lake. It is a good location for you to watch sunset over Inle lake.After MainThauk bridge, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
