• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
• All early check-ins and late check-outs must be advised upon reservation. Acceptance will be subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Early Departure, In the event that the guest/s check-out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable rates including taxes and service charge for the balance of the stay.
• Rooms are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations to be made by e-mail, cancellation is valid when acknowledge by authorized person from AVON and returned to sender only.
The amendment within cancellation period will be treated as cancellation and fees will be applied
• If cancellation is received within 17 days prior to the arrival date; 50% of the total rooms
reserved will be charged.
• If cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the arrival date/ No Show Fee; a cancellation fee equal
to 100% of total number of rooms/nights reserved.

• All the mentioned rates will be added additional USD30 /R/N with ABF during peak period, New Year
(Dec 30, 2018 – Jan 2, 2019) and Myanmar water festival (Apr/13 – 16 /2019) include of 10% service and 5%
government Tax.
• Compliment for child below 12 years sharing room with the parents without extra bed (Room only).
• Meal rate for children at 5-12 years half prices from adult rate, to those under 4 years are FOC.
• Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner Charges will be applied with some rates for new year.
